Hi! I'm Jessica and I'm not your typical Planner!

Big events or weddings typically only happen once in your life, thus, can be overwhelming and you may not know where to start, what's customary or what's expected. Through time and experience of all kinds, through photography, family and friends, I have become the go-to planner, the "spreadsheet friend". I'm detail oriented and have been a part of many Weddings, the really good ones and the, that could have gone been better, ones. Throughout these experiences it has become my passion to share in making your day as simple as possible. I aim to help you feel prepared and ready, as well as provide you with the insight to the things you may not even have considered! If you are looking for organization, delegation and the list of things you didn't think of that you didn't even know you needed, I'm your gal!

Keep in mind, I'm not your day-of, on-site coordinator because I am here to fit your budget not break the bank, while helping you relieve some stress so those around you can help it all fall into place! This is also means while I might be in MN, YOU don't have to be to use my services!

JA Planning Tier 1

Tier I: $300

This package is perfect for you if all you need is someone to take away your stress and organize it all for you. You have all of the information collected but you need someone to organize it into making sense for all of those involved!

What’s included::

Full schedule to fit your day
We will have a consultation session, phone zoom or in person if in MN, this is so I can understand the things that matter to you for your day and gather a full understanding of your timeline needs. We will work around your ceremony start time, reception time and the needs of your venue(s)
After this session I will send you a Draft for your approval.
After you approve your Draft you will be sent two PDF’s; one bulleted list of your full schedule to share with venders and one bucketed list to share with your wedding arty as the timeline for the groomsmen is often much different timing for the Bridesmaids as well as Immediate Family.
I will include all the vendors names as well as Bridal Party names within the schedules so there is no question regarding who needs to be where and at what time!

JA Planning Tier II

Tier II: $500

This package is perfect for you if you want to keep all of your vendor contacts straight and need just a step up from Tier I.

What’s included:

In this package you will get everything is Tier I along with:

You will send me all of your vendor info and I will take your scheduling to the next level by communicating with your vendors! I will collect their needs and timing and coordinate that into your two personalized schedules

JA Planning Tier III

Tier III: $800 (“The Monica”)

What’s included: Everything from I and II, a phone check in 30 days prior to your event to check for changes, a phone check in 2 weeks prior, The JA Planning Checklist, The JA Photography Checklist to share with your photographer, and I will ensure your schedule is shared with your family and bridal party. This will also include reminders and event notifications leading up to your big day! All you have to do is provide me with the contact information!

This is the TOTAL STRESS FREE package!
